Plan with confidence

The details clients ask before booking.

Casa Event Solutions is based in Mississauga and serves Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville and surrounding GTA communities. Travel, venue access and installation timing are confirmed in your quote.

How is floor-wrap pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the finished floor size, vinyl finish, design complexity, floor condition, venue access and whether you choose installation, delivery only or pickup. Casa confirms the full scope before sending a quote.

How early should I book?

Contact Casa as soon as your date and venue are known. Availability, proofing time and production timing are reviewed for every request; rush work is subject to schedule and material availability.

What measurements do you need?

Provide the usable width and length of the exact area being wrapped, along with the floor shape and condition. Measurements are confirmed before production, and venue access details should be supplied before installation.

Can Casa create the design for me?

Yes. Choose design help in the quote form or build a first concept in the Floor Wrap Studio. A production proof and up to two revision rounds are included after booking.

What artwork files should I send?

Share the highest-resolution original available through Google Drive, Dropbox or Canva. Vector artwork or print-ready PDFs are preferred for logos and detailed graphics; Casa will review the file before production.

Do you install and remove the floor wrap?

You can request delivery with professional installation, delivery only, or pickup. Removal and disposal requirements are confirmed in the accepted quote so the venue plan is clear before the event.

Before you book

Customer Agreement

Please review these terms before submitting a booking request. Your final approved quote and signed/electronic agreement will identify the exact products, dates, measurements, prices and service option for your project.

1. Payment, deposit and booking confirmation

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, the remaining balance is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

A late payment fee of $50 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, applies after the due date. Balances more than 7 days past due accrue interest at 2% per month (24% per annum). A $45 fee applies to failed, reversed, cancelled or declined payments.

2. Quotes, changes, measurements and venue information

Changes to quantity, size, design or scope after acceptance must be submitted in writing and may require a revised quote or schedule. Requests within 7 days of the event are rush requests and may incur a fee of 25% of the additional item cost, subject to availability.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, dimensions, venue details and specifications they provide. Remakes or adjustments caused by inaccurate client information are billed as a change order. Day-of contact, parking/loading and access requirements must be provided at least 48 hours before installation.

3. Design proof, revisions and colour variation

Production begins only after written approval of the final digital proof. Up to 2 rounds of design revisions are included; additional rounds may incur a $25 fee per round. After approval, the client accepts responsibility for content, spelling, layout and accuracy. Approved errors do not qualify for a refund, reprint or credit.

Minor colour, texture or finish differences caused by screens, print equipment, lighting and material finishes are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Delivery, installation, removal and access

The accepted quote must identify one service option: delivery + installation, delivery only, or pickup / product only. For installation, the client must provide a cleared, clean, dry and accessible area with no other vendors occupying the work area.

If the area is not ready or accessible, a wait fee of $75 per 30 minutes may apply and the installation may need to be rescheduled. Parking, loading dock and freight-elevator costs are the client’s responsibility. Stair carry or difficult access may require an additional labour charge.

Installed floor wraps include premask floor protection. Unless the quote states otherwise, Casa Event Solutions coordinates removal and disposal of installed floor wraps, aisle runners, stage wraps and related materials. Outdoor performance may be affected by weather and may require additional protection or anchoring.

5. Walkthrough, property, safety and liability

The client or designated representative must inspect and accept installed work before guests enter. Concerns must be raised at that time. Once installed, products are the client’s responsibility for the event; Casa is not responsible for damage caused by spills, traffic, weather or guest behaviour after setup.

Temporary floor and décor products may become slippery because of moisture, footwear or traffic. Guest and venue safety remain the client’s responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa’s total liability is limited to the amount paid under the agreement, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and circumstances beyond control

Deposits are non-refundable. Client-requested rescheduling more than 14 days before the event is subject to availability with no additional fee; a request within 14 days incurs a $100 rescheduling fee plus any production costs already incurred.

Casa is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by severe weather, natural disaster, venue closure, power outage, illness, government order or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Casa will work in good faith to reschedule where possible. If performance is impossible and rescheduling is unavailable, payments above costs already incurred for design, materials and production will be refunded.

7. Design ownership, photography and subcontractors

Custom artwork and digital files created by Casa remain Casa’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a licence to use the physical printed product for the booked event. Casa may use subcontractors while remaining the client’s point of contact and responsible for work performed on its behalf.

Casa may photograph or film décor-focused setup images for portfolio, marketing or social media use. Client identity will not be tagged or disclosed unless requested by the client.

8. Non-payment, conduct and general terms

Casa may pause production, withhold delivery, delay or cancel installation, repossess uninstalled materials or treat the booking as cancelled when required payments are not received. Outstanding balances may be referred to collections or an appropriate Ontario court, with permitted recovery costs added.

Casa may refuse or stop service for abusive, threatening or unsafe conduct or unsafe venue conditions. The agreement is governed by Ontario law, may be signed electronically, may only be changed in writing, and is severable. All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Nothing in the agreement limits non-waivable consumer rights.
